About CCWorks
At CCWorks we provide all customers comprehensive services to maintain and develop the workforce of our area through partnership and collaboration. Our facilities house all of the needed tools for assisting you in finding employment or increasing your workforce at your business.
CCWorks is a proud member of the Five Star Job Centers of Southwest Ohio which includes The Job Center in Dayton, Fayetteworks in Washington Court House, The Employment Center in Hillsboro and Greeneworks Employment and Training in Xenia.
CCWorks Employment & Training Center offers a variety of services to the community. We are able to assist area employers in finding and retaining employees. We are able to assist job seekers with resources for job openings, applications, resumes, computer access and career research as just a starting point. Also, assistance may be provided to underemployed workers in finding employment for self-sufficiency.
The One-Stop provides core, intensive and training services to job seekers as designated in the Workforce Investment Act. For a complete listing of services and information, the Workforce Investment Act and Regulations may be accessed at www.ohioworkforce.org.
These core services are available to the universal customer who walks through our door and requests assistance. Other requirements may be met to be eligible for intensive, one-on-one services for youth and adults. In some circumstances, referral to training programs may be available.
With all of the partners that are involved with the 1-Stop Center, we will be able to refer requests for services to the proper agency once you have come into our office and filled out a basic registration form.
All services provided through the 1-Stop are of no cost to the customer. This includes both employers and those looking for employment.
