4th Annual "Get Caught Recycling" Campaign

October is "Get Caught Recycling Month".  For a period 4 weeks Buster the Mouse and his staff will be patrolling the 19 area recycling drop off sites looking for Good Recyclers.  If caught, those individuals will receive prize packs, which will include dinner and movie passes.  So be on the lookout as you could be the next person caught green-handed!
