Who We Are

The Clinton County Family and Children First Council (FCFC) is proud to:

  • Provide a county service mechanism through the Child Intervention Team (CIT) for families experiencing difficulties in their family life and with their children.
  • Have its membership meet monthly (except July and December) to collaborate and to share information and programs.  Meetings are open to the public and are the 4th Tuesday at 10:30 A.M. at the Clinton County Office Annex Community Room
  • Consist of mandated members from certain county agencies through the Ohio Revised Code (121.37), and also includes Parent Representatives.
  • Help support and oversee programs including CIT, Help Me Grow, and F.A.S.T. (Families and Schools Together).
  • Be under the leadership of CIT Coordinator Mary Alice LaJoie and FCFC Coordinator Marsha Wagstaff.
