Referrals

Students and families are referred to this program for a variety of different reasons including:

*Adacemic Failure

*Family Problems

*Truancy

*Repeated Lice Issues

*Disciplinary Problems

*Emotional Distress

*Poor Peer Relationships

*No Medical Insurance

*Parents May Need Assistance Understanding the Special Education Process

Referral Sources

*Building Administrators

*Parents

*Teachers

*Guidance Counselors

*School Nurses

*Student Self-Referral

*Intervention Assistance Teams

*Other Community Agencies Including Juvenile Court, Mental Health Providers and Children Services
