Tracy Delph graduated from Bowling Green State University in 1993 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice. Upon graduating, she went to work for the Warren County Prosecutor’s Office as a Victim/Witness Advocate. In 1997 she left the Prosecutor’s Office and began her career with the Adult Parole Authority as a Parole Officer in Dayton, Ohio. She then transferred to Clinton County where she has been completing presentence investigations for the Clinton County Common Pleas Court since 1998.
