Kirk Neuenschwander graduated from Wilmington College in 1997 with a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice. His career began as an intake caseworker with Clinton County Children's Services. In 1999, he completed the OPOTA Police Academy at Southern State Community College and then joined the Clinton County Sheriff's Office as a deputy in November of that year. Kirk left the Sheriff's Office to join the Probation Department in February 2007.
