Robert M. Ross

Chief Probation Officer

Robbie Ross graduated from Wilmington College in 1998 with a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice.  His career in law enforcement began as an intern with the Clinton County Juvenile Court where he supervised the summer community service program along with Nathan Miller.  He then took a position with Highland County Community Corrections supervising the community service program.  From there Officer Ross moved on to the Clinton County Adult Probation Department where he has been since 1999.

Kirk S. Neuenschwander

Probation Officer

Kirk Neuenschwander graduated from Wilmington College in 1997 with a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice.  His career began as an intake caseworker with Clinton County Children's Services.  In 1999, he completed the OPOTA Police Academy at Southern State Community College and then joined the Clinton County Sheriff's Office as a deputy in November of that year.  Kirk left the Sheriff's Office to join the Probation Department in February 2007.

Tracy L. Delph

State of Ohio Probation/Parole Officer

Tracy Delph graduated from Bowling Green State University in 1993 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice.  Upon graduating, she went to work for the Warren County Prosecutor’s Office as a Victim/Witness Advocate.  In 1997 she left the Prosecutor’s Office and began her career with the Adult Parole Authority as a Parole Officer in Dayton, Ohio.  She then transferred to Clinton County where she has been completing presentence investigations for the Clinton County Common Pleas Court since 1998.

Suzanne Brown

State of Ohio Probation/Parole Officer

Suzanne Brown started with the Fayette County Sheriff's Office in October of 1999.  She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice and an Associate degree in Law Enforcement from the University of Toledo.  She worked both in corrections and in communications at the Fayette County Sheriff's Office before coming to the Adult Parole Authority in 2005.
